A quick look at the engineering of our latest Powersports supercharging products...
Kraftwerks USA's advanced performance enhancing supercharging technologies harness centrifugal traction-drive supercharger units drastically improve adiabatic efficiency, resulting in massive horsepower gains. Every kit is expertly and efficiently designed for bolt-on, direct fitment to a factory vehicle. No modification is necessary to ensure maximum reliability and utilization of the superchargers capabilities.
In other words, our kits are built to reliably make high horsepower!
The Engineering Process
Each Kraftwerks supercharger solution goes through a meticulous process to ensure maximum reliability and safety for you and your investment, right down to the basic hardware we select. All components are built using materials engineered and rigorously tested to withstand the elements and forces that are applied to them during use.
A brand new vehicle is selected to work with before a kit is developed. This avoids any complications and/or running issues during the development process due to non-OEM components. This also allows us to create a kit that is 100% bolt-on fitment to a stock vehicle. Once selected, the vehicle is brought in for benchmark test driving and dyno testing the platform. We look for possible weak points that we can address during the development process to ensure no issues with the final product.
Once baselines are determined, we begin visual inspection and scanning of chassis and engine components to determine placement of the supercharger, belt routing, and mounting locations for other ancillary components. Through use of our Romer Arm, the vehicle data is scanned into our computer systems to create a 3D workspace where the system is designed and developed for specific fitment.
Prototypes are created using this data and physically installed onto the vehicle to dial in fitment. Generally, this process takes multiple steps and iterations to perfect until the product is officially ready for testing. Once the full prototype is fitted and installed, the vehicle is moved back to the dyno for tuning and horsepower tests, followed by hours and hours of rigorous real-world testing to ensure the product is free of fitment, wear, or reliability issues.
Once prototyping and testing is complete, the new supercharger unit is documented, scanned, photographed, and submitted for first article manufacture. Once complete, it is installed and tested further to ensure fitment and expected performance. Photographs are taken, installation documents are created, the tune is finalized, and the product is pushed to mass production and official release!

Expanding on our already existing 2016 to 2018 Yamaha YXZ 1000R Supercharger System 
, we are updating our line up to include an offering for the newest 2018 to 2021 Yamaha YXZ 1000R! Bringing in small updates to the existing system to ensure proper fitment to the new chassis, this kit will make similar power gains of +75whp. Make your YXZ the toughest in the dirt with the addition of a Kraftwerks Supercharger system!

Kawasaki Teryx KRX
A direct contender for the RZR, Kawasaki released the Teryx KRX 1000. Equipped with a similar-style CVT transmission, it is an excellent application for our supercharger system! Boasting huge power gains over factory, our kit gets your KRX up to 150whp+ to make it a true contender. Honda Talon
We are developing our first ever Turbocharger system for the new Honda Talon! To maximize performance and retain a simple, efficient, bolt-on solution, it was chosen to use a turbo over a supercharger due to chassis constraints. Coupled with Hondas DCT transmission, our system will deliver an estimated 60% gain over factory power with nearly instantaneous delivery to the wheels!
