From the factory, the 2021 RZR 1000 XP produces 110hp at the engine, roughly 85hp at the wheels. Our Kraftwerks USA supercharger system for the 2014 to 2021 Polaris RZR 1000 XP is a direct bolt-on solution for immediate horsepower gain. The traction drive supercharger unit is capable of 160whp+ on a factory vehicle, but that's just the beginning!

Due to it's light weight, the RZR is adequately powered for most situations. However, even the most inexperienced driver will eventually develop a thirst for better, higher performance. Once upgraded to 32 or 35-inch tires, more horsepower is a necessity. Where Heat Is The Enemy

Hot temperatures wreak havoc on even the healthiest of machines. When it comes to turbocharging and traditional supercharging, both tend to have their fallbacks when things get hot.

Traditional turbochargers and superchargers suffer from excess heat and reduced efficiency due to their designs. A turbo's "cold" side still absorbs excess heat from the exhaust-driven "hot" side in addition to its physical proximity to the hottest elements of the engine bay. Twin-Screw and Roots type superchargers receive heat transfer from being directly bolted to the engine as well as the increased friction from their larger, heavier internal compression elements.

Our traction drive supercharger units remove excess heat and wear from the equation  by combining the best features from both methods of forced induction. The design features an intake impeller akin to a turbo "cold" side and a small, efficient drive housing spun via a belt off the crankshaft. Results are a compact charger unit that can be mounted remotely from the engine away from heat sources, and a colder, denser boosted air charge.

Nature has a way of ruining fun outdoor adventures by finding the weak points of your fancy new performance parts. In an effort to make our kit as reliable as possible, we have added additional features to make it more element-proof.

To aid in keeping your cool, dense Kraftwerks air charge as cool as possible, a large high-efficiency intercooler is included. Mounted above the engine bay in the open air, it is able to catch plenty of air flow to keep your intake air cool even on the hottest of days. Additionally, the supercharger unit is internally lubricated and oil-cooled on its own circuit separate from the engine, with a large oil cooler mounted in tandem with the intercooler.

The supercharger bracket is machined from billet aluminum for weight savings and strength, then anodized for protection. Our belt-drive system is self-contained within the mount bracket, enclosed with a powdercoated aluminum lid and sealed with a gasket and machine screws to avoid damage from stray rocks and debris. This also makes the belt drive system water proof, allowing the charger to still perform flawlessly even when submerged under water!

Install, email us your stock tune file, flash over the updated tune file we provide you, and drop the hammer to feel the instant delivery of 160whp+ @ 7.5psi.

However, if you're in the mood for a little more, our supercharger system has additional upgrades available to get you what you need. Our offered 10psi and 15psi kits will get you even more power, but they aren't for the faint of heart. Internal engine and fueling upgrades will be a necessity to step past the base kit, in addition to the need of a custom tune from your local off-road tuner.

Additionally, we recommend coupling any Kraftwerks RZR system and PV3 with a readable wideband gauge (sold separately) to ensure accurate and informative data readings should there be any issues.
